SUNDAY LIVE (1st Sunday of the month)
MUSIC MATTERS (2nd Sunday of the month)
VACANT (3rd Sunday of the month)
RADIO GA GA (4th Sunday of the month)
Radio Ga Ga first went to air in January 2008, initially as a fill-in program and then settling into its monthly time slot on a Sunday afternoon. The program celebrates great music, typically from the 1960’s, 1970’s and 1980’s, with plenty of information about the artists and song that are featured. Regular segments include “Five Of The Best” (five songs with a theme in their title or content), the “Barry Crocker” (a song that made it to the charts, despite it being a shocker), “Look What They’ve Done To My Song” (two versions of the same song), “Dead Set Legend” (featuring a legendary Australian artist or band), The Sixties Trip (three songs from the 1960’s with a common thread), “All Those Years Ago” (featuring a couple of songs that were on the top of the charts 40 or 50 years ago) and “The Lost Classic” (a great song we haven’t heard on radio for years).
